Life is a journey that has many twist and bends, often taking us down paths we may not have thought we would take. Sometimes this is good for us, and other times, not so much. The nice thing is, with the Lord at the helm, we can learn to find the joy in any circumstance.

The path we choose in life for work can sometimes be one that we are truly able to choose, or sometimes it seems to be chosen for us. Either way, we must be able to find joy in the career path we have. Doing so allows for us to not only have our financial needs met, hopefully, but also the need to work for something meaningful.

The funny thing is, sometimes we do not know the career we are to take, until it is placed in front of us. Or we may have to make changes throughout life to find it. The important thing is to never settle for something that does not offer anything other than financial stability. Doing so will likely drag you down and leave you wondering what else could be out there. Seek the guidance of the Lord, find where you belong and get there. Then give it your all and you will find a happiness like no other.

Challenges are a huge part of life. Usually, for most people, when they are in the middle of the challenges of life, they find it hard to see the blessings that will come from those challenges. We tend to be people who live in the now. By doing so, we often times miss out on great opportunities to learn. The Lord is kind enough to bless our lives by giving us challenges. Most of the greatest lessons I have learned in my life, were a result of being able to look back at the tough times in my life and see the growth I was able to attain because I had been given a challenge. When I think about the perfect master, I think about the Savior. He dedicated his life to others as well as ensuring that he accomplished all the Father asked of him.  We are here on the same earth with many of the same tasks being asked of us. What are we doing to emulate the Savior? To continually work on mastering the tasks of life that we will need to be successful in this journey.
