Work for a purpose, work for a goal, work because you love it.

We all will have to work during our lives, likely, most of our lives. It will be an integral part of who we are and what we are able to accomplish. You could simply find a job that will get you by, or maybe even help you to live comfortably. Yet, the Lord has so much more in plan for us. We must work with a purpose. We can accomplish so much more if we have a purpose and goal aligned with our efforts. If we are truly working to not only provide for ourselves and our families, but to also move the work forward, either directly though the ability to help more due to great flexibility and funds you have acquired, or indirectly, through a great tithing we are able to pay as we become more successful.

A helpful part to all of this, is finding a career you will love, or furthermore, loving a career you have found. If we are lucky enough to learn the skills to attain a career we love, we are among a small blessed few. More likely, you are already in a career and probably one that was not exactly what you thought you would be in years ago. The beauty of being members of the church, is that we understand that all we have and all we do is because it was given us from the Lord. If that is the case, I fully believe that if we seek the power offered to us from the Lord, not only can we love our career, no matter what it is, but we will excel in it as we gain that love. By doing do, we will further the work and help the Lord.
